Hi! I’m Sam Aiello
AKA - Sam the Yogini. I am a California girl at heart and a lover of Mother Nature. Through continual studies of holistic nutrition, yoga, meditation, using food as medicine and intuitive healing - my goal is to bring balance to those who seek it, and learn how to use food and nature as our greatest gift.
As a Certified Functional Hormone Specialist, Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Natural Foods Chef, I empower women to restore their hormone balance, regain vitality, and live aligned with their bodies. My journey in holistic wellness and functional health was born from my own experiences, and now I help women navigate challenges like hormone imbalances, PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause.
